Chum Salmon Caviar – Premium Wild-Caught Red Caviar, 1.1 lb or 2.2 lb

This ikura was absolutely delicious. Perfect balance of saltiness and discrete egg separation and texture. I wish the trays were about half the size, so I could refrigerate more. Nonetheless, a great feast that embellished artisanal local pokes and donburis.
