Rich and wonderful taste

I was intrigued by this product when I saw it on Umami Insider so I tried it. I love it! It is very flavorful with tanginess of the preserved fruit and a rich and salty underlying taste from the preservation process. A good addition to fish and chicken dishes - just a small amount spread on top or stirred in.
