This paste is beautiful both in composition, taste, and presentation. It completely shifts my digestion and palate and brings happiness to meals. Best plum paste!

A shocking amount of flavor

I think I may have been expecting some kind of sticky sweet plum sauce, but instead it's more of a highly concentrated tart salty plum quite similar to the dried salted plum candies I grew up eating. It's such a surprise. I'm not sure what to pair this with. I few drops on a spoon right out of the bottle is quite addictive.

Too runny

I was surprised by how tiny the bottle was. Also it is very runny, not the thick paste I was used to from other brands.
