Always incredible. I am an ear swab user, in addition to regular earbud use and nightly earplug use. Although I santize the tips frequently, my thinner ear wax + minimal airing out of my ear canals can often result in ear aches. BigWave Drops generally always gets the job done without the need for a 75/25 hydrogen peroxide/distilled water flush beforehand, and I’m grateful for that. I use far more than recommended, but it never gets trapped in my ear and always improves the way they feel, so whatever. This was my first direct purchase from the company, and I was happy to find a subscription option as my whole family uses it.
