Great starter kit for water leak detection

Highly recommended if you want water leak detection. It’s easy to setup and expand. Just order additional water leak detectors to cover all the spots in your house you want to monitor.

X3 Hub and Water Sensor 1

Easy to order, and arrived packed well. Never got a shipping tracking number so had no idea when it would arrive. Sat on porch in rain. Luckily, packing was water resistant. Relatively easy to set up. Had trouble with setting up X3 hub to use WiFi, but workaround was to connect via Ethernet and enter WiFi credentials while connected. Haven’t tested with water yet, but so far so good.

So simple

This is the second time I’ve installed the water sensors and shutoff valve in a house. Super simple and easy to follow instructions. Love the piece of mind that it gives me knowing that if a leak develops, it’s going to turn off the water supply. 10 out of 10
