I had an entire house with Moen water detectors. They were constantly disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network. Changing the battery resulted in loss of Wi-Fi connection. Moen device connection to Wi-Fi was problematic and often wouldn’t connect. YoLink Hub connected very quickly to my Eeero router which broadcasts both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz. I did not need to turn off the 5.0 GHz to make the Hub connect. Connecting the individual devices took no more than 10 seconds per device. An extremely user-friendly system. They’re quite sensitive. After mopping the floor the device alarmed….. So even minor moisture will trigger. Extremely happy after being tortured by my prior system

I have installed 10 of these around the house and the crawl space. I have not had a leak yet, but every time I have tested each cord attached to a water leak sensor 2 before placing it, it gave me a warning each time. Also, I like how the Yolink app gives us a picture showing the remaining battery life. Also, for areas where you want the sensor 2 above any water (they are not waterproof), the brackets Yolink sells, and the cords look good along the floorboards.

Great while it lasted

My unit with the string sensor seems to have failed in the alarm-on position. Despite being dry. Had to remove batteries to stop the noise.
