Was completely melted and very hot when it got here.
The ice was completely melted and everything inside very very hot when it got here. I’m not really understanding the extra for the ice and why yall don’t just provide that but I went ahead and added it on when it told me I needed to. I guess it did what it was supposed to because the plants were alive and in good shape. They were just very hot.

During the HOT days
I always add these when temps get over 80. My plants always arrive in great condition. I'm acclimating about 10 plants now (this is what Dustin said to do) and they look amazing.

Problem with insulated mailer
One of the insulated mailers the plants come in was not sealed all the way. It's possible it came undone during shipping, but if this happens to be a recurring issue, tape could be applied to ensure it stays sealed or different mailer maybe could be used. Regardless, I will still be adding them to future orders as I'd rather have them for the hot weather, and they're not that expensive. All the plants arrived okay, shipping was very fast.
