They really mean it. I haven't killed these yet! I've ordered from Dustin's multiple times now. Shipping is fast, packaging and order handling is top notch, and the quality of the plants can't be beat.

Good plants, but no information!

I appreciated that I was given a decent amount of plants, and after a week I have about a 70% survival rate in the 3 different tanks I split them between (and I'm not just talking about melting). The main issue I had is that the package didn't include any sort of description of what they were. There was a card insert of about 40 different types of plants showing what they might be, but it's really tough to match them to the pictures straight out of the package when they aren't in the best condition after being in a box for a few days. I did my best to guess what plants I received to determine how they should go in the tank, but I still don't know what a couple of them are. It's very important to know if I should plant them in the substrate, tie them to some driftwood, or just let them float around. Having some simple instructions about the specific plants I received would have made a major difference in my confidence level, and could have improved the survival rates. I probably would try again with this company, but would love to have more info.
