J-Life Tombo Navy Custom Kakefuton with Removable Cover

Too warm

I had high hopes for this kakefuton. It was beautifully made, the tombo pattern was lovely. Unfortunately it was too warm for me. I sleep warm and even thought it was winter I was still too hot even with the silk filling. My husband (who does not sleep warm) loved it but since it didn't work for both of us I had to return. J-Life's return policy online sounds onerous (they don't pay for return shipping, you must return within 14 days, they charge a 25% restocking fee) but I just got my refund and after paying the $50 shipping cost out of pocket, they refunded the entire amount. I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent customer servie

I love the cover. When I first received the item there was a flaw. I contacted customer service and they cheerfully took care of it right away and replaced the cover. I would definately recommend their products.

Tasteful design and great quality

I have full sets of J-Life products on two beds and really appreciate the design, quality, and versatility of the shikifutons, kakefutons, pillows, and shams. The materials are very comfortable and the patterns of the covers add a sense of calm and inspiration in my everyday life.
