Makes you stop and think first

For a few years now, I have had a minimalist app on my phone which has a built in 'blocker' but it is fairly easy to stop before the timer is done. With the Loftie Card, I like that I need the physical card to block apps, which I can put in a different room. The act of it being a physical item in a separate room (or tbh, tossed to the other side of the bedroom) is enough for me to stop and think before 'undoing' the block. It helps me go to bed and keep my phone away. Once I'm in bed, I don't want to get up and get the physical card to unblock my apps at night.

A Life-Changing Way to Sleep Better and Wake Up Happier

I’ve always struggled with sleep and waking up. My sleep schedule has never been great, and the horrible iPhone alarm sound is sometimes so jarring that I wake up before it even goes off—already anxious and dreading the morning. The whole experience of falling asleep and waking up has always felt daunting to me. The Loftie Lamp and Loftie Card have genuinely changed my life. One of the biggest changes has been getting off my phone before bed. Instead of scrolling right up until I fall asleep, I now have a much calmer nighttime routine. I sleep better, and for the first time in a long time, I actually look forward to waking up. The gentle light and sounds make waking up feel peaceful rather than stressful. I also love being able to play sounds throughout the night. They help me sleep, and they even help cover my snoring so my wife can sleep more peacefully, which may be one of the biggest benefits of all! 😂 Even my dogs seem to enjoy the sounds now. My favorite sound is definitely “Rain on a Tent.” I absolutely love it. The Loftie experience has made both falling asleep and waking up something I actually enjoy, and I never thought I would say that. It has truly changed my sleep routine and, honestly, my life.

I received this as a gift and I'm really enjoying it. I haven't been able to access all the various features yet, but so far it's great. I especially like non-jarring wake up alarms.
