What a treat!
Ordered the Waygu Hanger Steak as an introduction to their American Waygu cuts. We marinated the steak per a favorite recipe and grilled over a 500 degree grill for 5 minutes each side until medium rare. Delicious, tender and juicy. Now it’s a family favorite!

Beautiful steaks
Haven’t had a chance to cook any of my Wagu cuts yet, but sheesh these are some beautiful pieces of beef. Pretty certain I will be ordering from Arrowhead again soon.
