What happened?
Tony, One of the packages, so far, of the wagyu tips have a very “mushy, soft” consistency. Some of the wagyu ground beef a month or so ago had sort of the the same thing. We just figured you ground it too much, like a paste almost. Not sure if you’ve heard this before. Please advise.
