Side Effect

Perfect size and very durable. I bought my first one and liked it so well that I bought another one in a different color a few weeks later. I would recommend that TOM BIHN design the Side Effect in a beige color for a summer color.

Almost perfect

I am quite happy with my side effect. It is all the bag I need for both my everyday and travel purse. It holds a small bag with lipstick and a few related items, a small bag for cash, a card case, passport, phone, and more. It’s light, comfortable and a nice color. Its two sections include a bigger one for most everything and a smaller one in which I have my phone . I would like it to have an additional separate pocket to hold my passport separate from other items. I would also prefer a slightly more sturdy strap.

EDC for travel

I previously used an Everyday Cubelet for EDC, and while it is better for some things (e.g. pens), the Side Effect is much better at holding a large amount of stuff. I switched the strap for a 1" gatekeeper strap, and can fit all of the following comfortably inside the bag: - Zipper pocket: phone - Inside left pocket: Nanobag, hand sanitizer - Inside right pocket: Battery pack - Center left, clipped to O-ring: Small Ghost Whale with first aid, medications - Center left, floating: 3x5 pad of paper - Center right: Wallet - Front right, clipped to O-ring: Small Organizer Pouch with 4 passports - Floating: Pen, earbuds I wear it with the zipper side against me, and with a mini carbiner attached to the main zipper. All of my travel stuff, super secure.
