Nice bag, excellent customer service I purchased the bag and it has everything I need for a day-to-day bag. It will definitely handle more volume if needed. Once it was shipped, I had an issue. Alpaca responded immediately to my concerns. Once I realized what it happened. I sent them an email telling them that I had made a mistake. They sent back and a very good email to make me feel better about what had happened. I would definitely recommend them not only for their bags but their customer service as well. Thank you alpaca

Superb satchel

This satchel is such a good bag as it fits all of my essentials anytime I am going around the city whenever I have errands to run. It fits my 750ml bottle, 14inch tablet and tech pouch perfectly. Now I would recommend only putting a 13inch device as the 14, even though it fits, it overhangs the false bottom and you could end up damaging your device if you're not careful when placing the bag down.
