Seems to work great but haven’t used
I’ve put it on my backpack strap, tried it on my purse strap and put my phone and other items in it but haven’t actually needed to use it yet. I purchased it for a hiking trip. It easily holds my phone, snacks or small items for easy access. It is not necessary for me for EDC. Ordered at the same time was the new wallet/passport and that has been fantastic!!!

I like this, but
Because the strap is narrow, it hurts my skin a little when I put something heavy, like a cell phone, in it and wear it around my neck.
