I love the zip design on this pouch. When clipped into the o ring, I can comfortably operate, open and close. With one hand while reaching into my bag to access things like pens or my sunglasses.

I use this pouch for my albuterol inhaler and it fits perfectly with a little bit of room to spare. I paired this with the red nylon key strap to easily identify it in a rush.
