Perfect!

The Soppressata I received was perfect. Nicely textured and seasoned with just the right level of heat: distinct but not so much as to overpower. I especially like that Salumi Chicago's Soppressata has both no added nitrates/nitrites and no added sugar. Salumi Chicago's Soppressata has 40%-45% fewer calories per ounce than salumi from producers that add dextrose to their meat. And, it tastes better!
