I'm a longtime customer, so I can't say I'm surprised by Venerica's quality. But this last purchase of oxtail and cow foot was exceptionally well cut and tender. Cut my cooking time by half, and who couldn't use that time at Christmas. Enjoyed the finished product to the bone. Thanks to all the Staff at Venerica.
