Beef Bacon - Original and Nitrite Free

Gemstone products are all amazing. I just ordered there back ribs. Said it's a full rack but it's not because from what I know is a full rack is 7 bones. But this half rack I received was amazing. There's lot's of meat and just the right amount of fat. I compaired it to a full rack that I have and surprised that the weight is very close to a full rack. I can't wait to try your rack of ribs Gemstone. Thanks for your great products.
