Helmet Garmin Mount (MJ-6260B)

This quarter turn light mount on top of my helmet let's me take the light on and off with one hand while I'm riding. The mount holds the light firmly with no rattling. Best helmet mount ever!

The mount part is good and connects well to the light. But unless we’re all missing something, the attachment system to tie the mount to the helmet is useless. I asked a bike mechanic friend to look at it to see what I was doing wrong. Even before he looked at it, he said, “It must be a Magicshine.” So, it’s apparently a well known bad strapping system. I finally found a completely different strap (not from Magicshine) that holds the mount on firmly to the helmet. This new strap leaves the light at a bit of an angle, but it’s okay. If Magicshine could put good workable strap in the box, that would be great. Summary: Mount very good, the mount to helmet mounting strap useless..

Order and delivery was as promised. Product packaging was great! Product quality was great!
