Wakoucha has become a new favorite of mine

Malty, woody, low astringency, perfect when you're in the mood for something that doesn't need milk. If you read what The Internet has to say, there are apparently different quality levels out there, sometimes even depending on the prefecture it comes from. I don't know about that, I just know that Churchiill's source does it for me.
