I visited the store on a food tour. I got to taste a sample of all the chocolates they had to offer. I love the Hawaiian coffee and the dark chocolate with strawberry notes. They didn’t last long in my home. Everyone loved them.

This bar is exceptional. 65% is not too harsh like a 70%+ bar can be. Your bite starts with the taste of quality chocolate followed by a burst of cherry notes, ending with the perfect blend of chocolate and cherry. One square accompanied by a Manhattan would be perfect after dinner. Your friends will be impressed. Perfect for a gift because it's so balanced.

Mellow and creamy!

This chocolate is a little more mellow than some of the stronger percentages, but it is still a perfect blend of flavors, just a hint of sweetness. Delicous, great bite and mouth feel.
