I bought these for my teenage daughter...I figured its easier to have her wear these then keep telling her to get off her screens and she says they have been awesome. I'm thinking her twin sister might need some now..... 🤗

Better sleep

I do love these glasses. My sleep has improved so much. I also wear them early morning when I get up and it’s still dark outside. Great tool!

Very dark.

I must say I can t use them, as they are so dark that I can t hardly read on my phone or tablet. They are supposed to be used at night, tell me if I am wrong.i probably could have used the cleaner pair for day and night and they would have done the Jobs. It s a shame.
