My son and daughter loves these, they wear them for watching TV ,and for any form of screen, and even during the day on a bright day. My daughter wears the cyristal colored ScreenTime glasses and my son wears these ones. High quality made glasses that are really comfy to wear and work really well. No more eye strain and so much more comfortable on the eyes looking through these glasses. Highly recommend for those looking to protect their eyes from harmful blue light and to improve their sleep aswell.
