I have been sleeping through the night the last week. Sch a lovely feeling waking up and it is morning rather than dark and still hours till morning. I put them on before the sun goes below the horizon and as I am unable to watch television any more because of many years of MD and find I fall sleep sooner, too. I highly recommend these with light glare issues.
