They take a bit of getting used to being the colour they are good quality...

Hard to use my phone or read with

They fit well and are comfortable but I can't get used to reading a book or using my phone while wearing them. I persevered with them for a few evenings but it's very hard to focus and I'm concerned they might be damaging my eyes. Wearing them didn't improve my sleep. I've emailed to see if I can return them but haven't had a response and I'm sure my 30 days will soon be up. I feel bad submitting a one star review as I'm sure they're good for some people but I can't personally recommend them.
