I'm sleeping deeply at last - right through the night!

I was waking two or three times a night and sometimes couldn't get back to sleep for 2-3 hours. This had become a pattern, so I expected not to sleep. With the Blue Blocking Glasses I experienced a dramatic change. The first evening I used them I felt soothed as I wound down from the day. That night I slept right through and awoke feeling energised. Since then, even if something wakes me, I go right back to sleep. Now the pattern is one of deep rest and sleeping through the night has become the new normal. Thank you! PS I was confused by the wording at first in your questions: why would I want to review the title and the description of the product?! I think if you just put 'title' and 'review' it would be much better.
