We like it lots

This is "the other" Chiapas coffee we're trying lately. It is equally as good as El Mezcal, but without the slight acidity. Both are delightful. We're just a little spoiled for good choices of coffee at RhoadsRoast.

Roasted not scorched.

The Chiapas was excellent. Now I must temper my review of the Panamanian beans. Those beans were roasted too dark...for me .. no matter how I brewed them. Then I put them in my Breville Barista Express & that was one of the best espresso that I ever had! So I change my rating to 5 stars for espresso shots.

Just a tap of cinnamon on my cup and I'm in heaven

Seriously one of the best cups of coffee.
