Great service, but the coffee was bland

Rhoads coffee delivered! Great timing and delivery. But the coffee is surprisingly tasteless. And I'm a huge fan of light roast. Now I'm trying to figure out how to improve it.

Still excellent

The Chiapas is one of our favorite beans from RhoadsRoast. The flavor is very similar to the Huehuetenango (for good reason, as the two are grown less than 150 mi. from each other, as the crow flies), but we find the Chiapas to be slightly smoother. This is the perfect morning coffee. We enjoy the light roast, French pressed.
