I will get the dark roast for my next order. Although I only drink one cup a day I figured the medium roast would be better for my aging body - not so. The Dark has more depth, no side effects and I enjoyed it immensely.

I have used these pods for over 3 years. I love them. I love Lifeboost coffee, as it is low in acid and is never bitter. Can’t say enough good things about it

a little expensive

I am not as happy about these as I am the Ground Coffee, Just doesn't seem to be enough coffee in them and they aren't as strong as the ground coffee. So I will probably go back to the bags, they are more economical and I can adjust for the strength that I prefer. But the taste is still good.
