14 Cup Stainless Steel Percolator Coffee Pot

Makes great coffee

first time I tried it, it just boiled and didn't perc. problem was my gas burner has a large circle and heat not under base of stem. moved pot off center and worked perfectly as intended. I think someone else had that problem. I use medium heat till it starts percing and then turn it to low heat for 8 minutes. after it's perced I give it another 3 minutes to settle and then enjoy! I use ¼ cup grounds/Qt. H2O.

Nice but not great

Was excited to receive coffee pot and start using it. Well made and looks beautiful on our gas range and makes a nice cup of coffee. The only down fall is it has the tendency to boil over if you fill it to where the instructions indicate where the maximum level for water is. Even at the lowest temperature setting it must be watched for boil over, have had to lower amount of water we use in the percolator so in my opinion it is not a true 14 cup pot. Also one other issue is pouring, coffee likes to run down the pot onto the kitchen counters, basket must be removed for a clean pour. Still happy with purchase the craftsmanship is amazing
