Great customer service

I own a classic jack 140 tent, so I was buying the Large Winnerwell Woodlander. After I purchased I realized I had made a mistake and bought just the stove instead of the Springbar hot tent bundle. I emailed Winnerwell to cancel the original order and it was a completely seamless process. Then I bought the Springbar hot tent bundle and brought the new gear on a camping trip to Olympic National Park where spring temperatures were in the mid 30s in the morning. The stove did not disappoint, I cooked dinner and breakfast on it each day and it was great. Could not be happier with my experience.

Untested yet, but I have the highest expectations.

I’m a veteran manufacturing engineer, metal sculptor, wilderness backpacker and canoeist, with decades of experience. Now it’s time for me to go Glamping. These stoves appear to be as well made as possible. I can’t wait to try it. High marks.
