I have a new Large Nomad View that I have installed in my new Springbar CJ140. Awesome combination! The large, glass panel cracked in my first week of use. I was very disappointed and wondering if I bought the wrong stove. I had a trip planned into the Maine White Mts. and thought it was a wash. I contacted Winnerwell and explained my situation. They said this sort of failure is very rare and is usually the result of the stove being banged around when owners transport their stoves. This was not the case for me. The stove was on a trial backyard run. Winnerwell sent out a replacement immediately at no charge with rush shipping in hopes of saving my trip. They did! Upon changing the glass, I found multiple cracks in different areas. It has me wondering if it was compromised when shipped to me. The box was pretty banged up on arrival. The glass has performed without any problems for several night’s use. I hope for long, problem free service. The stove is great and performs beautifully. Winnerwell and their distributors blew me away with their excellent, proactive service. I think it is safe to say, you can purchase Winnerwell products with confidence.
