Amazing customer service! 🤩🤩🤩 Got my order and realised there was a slight mistake, I emailed and sent them a message on Instagram inquiring about what can be done to fix this issue, within half an hour I got a reply back saying I can keep the snorkel that they put in instead of what I ordered and offered to send me my original order free of charge and got back to me by the end of the night with my new tracking number for that order by the end of the night. Very polite and happy to help or fix any troubles, will be definitely expanding this snorkel collection with them in the near future! - Penny
