Magnesium 7

I love it, but I am having some problems

I have been using 4 capsules a day two at night and two in the morning and I was having the runs in the morning. So, I stopped using Mag 7 at night and that seems to do the trick. I am not having runs anymore. My primary doctor said the Mag. Citrate has caused diarrhea for others, and she was the one to suggest not using as much as I did. There could be a warning about that for people.

My son and I love Magnesium 7! We've taking for a couple of years and sleep so much better! We all need daily magnesium! Thanks!
