La Barca Smoked Olive Oil is great

The taste is exactly what I was looking for. I bought it to test an idea I had for an ice cream (I produce ice cream) and it gave the flavor and consistency I was looking for. I have used the oil to make a pasta dish...again, yummy. I have also used it to make a salad dressing. This is a very versatile product and if you like smoky flavor profiles this hits the mark.
