Ottimo prodotto come i precedenti già acquistati, lo consiglio per uso professionale e non. Dopo un intenso utilizzo taglia ancora come la prima volta. La lama damasco un tocco elegante per ogni cucina. Lo ricomprerei sicuramente.

This knife was sharper when I took it out of the box than any other knife I have ever bought. In fact, when I took it out I got a small cut on my palm. Of course, initial sharpness is only one factor (we'll see how it holds up and whether or not it rusts), but that first impression was a good one and that matters a lot. The knife is heavy for its size, but not too heavy. The handle is comfortable and fits the tang perfectly. If it really is an AUS10 and a true Damascus, I think it will work very well. The knife is beautiful. I am very happy with the purchase.

Muy buen cuchillo. Filo fantastico

El filo es resistente al trabajo duro. Mas facil de afilar de lo que pensaba. Esteticamente, para mi gusto, es demasiado brillante, los prefiero algo satinados.
