Living abroad is amazing, but when you can’t get fresh NM Chilies you start second guessing your decision to not live in a place where you can readily get them when in season! The freeze dried saved my life! Ordering more shortly to keep in my pantry!

Great! Works perfect when I want green chile for one taco or burrito, just have to soak it in water a few minutes.

I love the freeze dried chile. I add it to a lot of my dinners and get the New Mexico flavor!
