I like it a lot on my Atlas Trainer. My first 5 hikes were without pad. Once I installed the pad, even better. For me, I was pretty close to a bottomed out belt, 34” or so waist, so I ordered the pad. Atlas Trainer carries my 70-80 pounds pretty comfortably. And I will say, the Atlas Trainer is the best training tool ever created for what we are doing! Suffer now so that you suffer less in the mountains!!!!
