Lock up is good. Center column doesn't wobble
Something you can't tell in a picture is how well the legs lock with minimal effort. All the legs lock up well with only a light twist Everything else on the tripod is perfect. The design of the center column takes all the play out making it useful. Brian at Trifecta Handgun.

Tricer AD
Took my AD out for a couple bear hunts right after I got it. It’s small enough to fit in my EXO 2200 day pack, but also provides the height to glass while standing. If you’re looking for a lightweight, all around tripod, the AD seems to be perfect.

Great tripod
I got the Tricer AD Carbon Tripod for glassing. I’m 5’10 and have no issues using this tripod while standing. Great stability to even with a full size spotting scope.
