I’m trying to return the tripod you guys messed up on and can’t get ahold of you. I need my return label.

I used the gen one version of this pan head for 20 years or so and just upgraded to the gen 2 version as I have more and more Swiss Arca items. The Pan head is a fantastic piece of gear that is even better now. I shot. Coes buck at 448 yards from this head mounted directly to the forearm of my MDT HNT 26 chasis after apotting him with my Swarovsi binoculars mounted on it and sizing him up with my spotting scope also mounted to it and switched effortlessly.
