Outdoorsman’s Customer Service

I have owned my Outdoorsman’s pack for over fifteen years. I have sent the bag in to be sewn twice now. Recently I needed the bag repaired but also I had broken my frame. Yes I’m rough on my pack. Outdoorsman’s customer service was outstanding, repairing my pack and sending along a new frame. Thank you fellas!

New frame

I bought this frame as a gift. I upgraded from the Optics Hunter pack to the Palisade 90. My brother really likes my pack so I bought another frame to gift him my Optics Hunter pack. I’m a big fan of the Outdoorsman’s Pack systems. Would highly recommend.
