Excellent, but simple
The program is excellent for it's intended purpose of improving speed in the whole body with minimal equipment. My one criticism is the lack of serious posterior chain work. I'd definitely recommend including pullups / nordic curls in whatever capacity is appropriate for you, if this is your main program.
