Nice thick sauce

I actually divided it up and froze it in smaller containers, except for a portion to make pizza once a week for about a month. I found that for our tastes, I needed to sprinkle a blend of Italian herbs (I use Penzy’s Pizza Seasoning) on the sauce because it seemed a bit lacking in those flavors (to us). I do like the fact that it is very thick, which keeps the pizza crust from getting soggy which is what happens if you use a sauce that is too thin. I will have to get back to you about the part I froze, but I don’t see why that should adversely affect the sauce.
