Collagen Options
I recently switched to this version of AMMD collagen. I used the Type I and III for many years, not knowing this broader spectrum collagen was available. I feel like this is a better fit for me in my later stage of life. I missed this as an option somewhere along the way, but happy to find it now.
Having experience with two of the AMMD collagen products, I liked the dissolvability and no taste of the I & III collagen. This version definitely has a slight taste and needs some help dissolving. I put it in my tea and make sure there is enough heat to melt the product, and that takes care of my issues.

Very Important
We all know collagen is important but as a 67 year old its very important to me. I want to live my best life so I take care if myself. I've been relying on Amy Myers MD products for eleven years now. Most of the supplements I use regularly are AMMD products.
