Product didn’t work as it wouldn’t pair to my product “supported” 6th generation iPad with updated iOS software. When contacting customer support I received the following
A direct quote: “ You need another iOS device which meets the requirement above to update your pen. Or you may seek a iOS device help from your friends or family.
Sorry for the inconvenience.”
