Ground Beef Brick (85/15)

The ground beef had excellent taste! Very little shrinkage. I have been using it as patties but plan to do a variety of different things with it. It is excellent quality not to mention the superior nutritional health benefits of eating all natural grass fed beef!!!!

Made some great chili a couple weeks ago. A big hit! The meat is always so fresh looking and tasting. I have ordered from other vendors and have not had the same experiences .
