Perfect Pork
We followed the directions in our special cookbook, first we brined them, then we seared them on both sides, and then put them in the oven for the recommended time. They were fantastic. We are having them again tonight with company.

I usually buy the Sakura pork chops with the bone and LOVE those. These boneless chops have none of the juiciness or flavor of the bone -in chops. There are two in each package which is more than I need at a time. I will continue ordering the luscious bone-in chops.

Every time I chomp down on a pork chop lately, it tastes like I'm chewing on a thick piece of rope but not this time. The boneless Sakura chops were very tender and flavorful. I could not ask for anything better!
