I’ve been searching for a healthy, durable cookware set for a long time. I was initially skeptical about stainless steel because it isn't nonstick, but I learned that if you use the right technique, sticking isn't an issue at all! I am absolutely thrilled that I found Heritage Steel. It is incredibly high-quality, American-made cookware. I can definitely see myself adding more pieces from them in the future to complete my collection.

The set I bought they are all magnetic. If they are 316 stainless steel, they are non-magnetic. But they are magnetic! So, they are not 316Ti stainless steel!

I had been using 316 or 18/10 stainless steel pots for many years. So I have a high expectation for 316Ti stainless steel.
