It is taking some time to get used to different pans but these are amazing! After some of the tips and tricks they have on thier site and have sent in email for caring for the pans it is a lot easier. I like that i don't have to cook anything above medium and the pans heat super well and evenly. They are the best cookware I have ever had and I'm glad that I made the switch from non-stick stuff.

The cookware set looks fantastic and is so easy to clean. The cookware heats up very quickly and stays perfectly flat. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition We are very happy with them!

I have always enjoyed cooking and have had some upscale cookware, or so I thought! WOW! What a phenomenal difference this product is to my other top tier 5ply clad series. I'm not exactly sure if it's the ergonomics of the handle and weight of the pans, but they are easier to hold and maneuver around the stove. The searing of proteins is perfection and the non-stick like action with everything else is a dream. I do highly recommend using the Algae oil & butter combo. Using the slow heated pan, cold oil method. I read the directions first, and was so happy that there were no mishaps right out of the gate. Everything came out beautifully and tasted delicious. I will be buying a few more select pieces as I now realize I need them too! 5 stars for Product & Customer Service!☆☆☆☆☆
